The process started from the premise that qualified personnel was needed to manage all its cloud environments and internal development projects. As a Microsoft Gold Partner Definity First undertook to manage their existing cloud assets. We handled cloud products such as Microsoft’s Azure while providing premier support for incidents with different severity levels and SLAs. Definity First also provided consulting services to manage and develop collaboration solutions in SharePoint Online and Office 365.
It was essential to modernizing the company’s infrastructure to avoid business disruptions. As part of our offering, Definity First provided the core management services the company was looking for: automation, orchestration, configuration management, identity management, backup, and disaster recovery.
A key aspect of this project was to help them to manage their cloud spending by performing deductive and predictive analytics on their past and expected cloud spending.
